AirLine's 12V160-3
from AirLine By J. Sink, Inc.
- 12 volt power for silent, fumeless performance while metal detecting.
- Clip onto the boat battery for gear-free, hull maintenance while under way
- Air is tested and certified breathable by Compressed Gas Association of Am
- Global service through Thomas 900 plus facilities. Compressors easily fixed in the fie
- Performance one to 50 ft depth. Two, only with inclusion of accumulator tanks.
A run-all-day little compressor with plenty of oomph to support a diver for any chore. The metal-detecting folks love it for its stealth in public areas. While under way, jump over, without a tank to bop gel coat, to unfoul a prop, or change a zinc. Compressor measures just 12 by 8 by 6 inches high and a weight of 28 lbs. Draws 26 AMPS. A Group 31 marine battery (not included) will run it for two hours. Most larger boats will have a battery bank, but running the engine will allow unlimited time. Standard package is for a single diver. It includes the air-breathing compressor mounted on rugged white, rubber footies. A truly silent, overpressure valve evacuates unconsumed air. A 5 U.S. Navy hose disburses heat. The 60, floating, down hose is fully swiveled with high-flow, nickel- plated, unbreakable fittings. (Forget plastic). The Dive Rite second stage regulator is made for the Air Line. It connects to the down hose with a 38 inch whip hose at the junction of which is a connection for the Ditchable-Weight, Tow-Harness. Fits any torso, male or female. The regulator has a fully articulated (U.S. made) swivel fitting which changes position as you move your head. With a long mouthpiece there is absolutely no jaw fatigue. A metal, screw on cover ring allows easy rinse after the dive. Compressor is made for The Air Line by Thomas Industries with its 900+ service locations. A second diver can be added for work at keel depth with the incorporation of three 2.5 Gallon, stainless, accumulator tanks. See website Accessories.
AirLine's R260-4
from AirLine By J. Sink, Inc.
- The Original direct-drive. U.S. made, for The Air Line, by compressor giant, Thomas Industries.
- Fan-cooled, vented compressor for internal wash-out with no disassembly.
- Compressor Acrylic E-Coated inside and out for marine protection. CGA-E, air-breathing quality
- Global service through Thomas 900 plus facilities. Compressors easily serviced in the field in minutes
- Performance (in reliably accurate numbers): 2 to depth of 70 Ft., 3 to 40 Ft. w/Addit package
Standard package includes powerful, but tiny (9 inch) compressor and Hondas newest 4 cycle (no oil/gas mix), 3HP engine mounted in a 17 by 25 by 17 inch storage case. The case bottom nestles into a 1,000 Denier, Cordura covered float. On the water, the assembly is quite stabile up to 4 foot seas. There has never been a tip-over. Handling weight is just 44 lbs., whether in the case or on the float. Air is brought in high above the compressor through a removable staff. System is designed to absolutely preclude the intrusion of contaminated air. Honda and Thomas would not have approved the design if otherwise. Two, 60 foot down hoses with high-flow, solid-brass, nickel-plated swivels, on either end, attach to 38 inch whip hoses. (No breakable and restrictive, plastic fitting are used). Remarkable, Dive-Rite regulators have glass-like swivel fittings. Together with the long mouthpieces, jaw fatigue and repositioning are things left to the competition. Regulators can be fine-tuned in the water. A metal, screw on ring allows easy rinse after the dive. A recap of standard equipment: Compressor/engine in Polypropylene case; air intake staff with filter; 2-60 foot hoses with whip hoses and second stage regulators, 2 Ditchable-Weight, Tow-Harnesses; Users Manuals and gear bag. Warranties are worldwide. Two years at any Honda dealer; one year at any Thomas facility; one year on the balance at any original manufacturer location. It is unnecessary to return any item to the Air Line, however that option is always open. Service, although rarely needed is available locally in most cases. An aside: Although they might be reliable, we do not use Suburu-Wisconcin engines because of the proven reliability of Honda and the very limited number of Suburu locations. Our aim, as always, is customer convenience to support the unequalled integrity of the products.
AirLine's 110E160

Continuous cycle performance. Run all day, every day. Do a permanent mount or pull out on the deck when needed. With less gear to don youre in the water in a fraction of the time as scuba, and no tank to bop the gel coat. Requires less buoyancy weight than scuba. Breathing is more comfortable than scuba as humidified is drawn in from the surface. Just be sure that the air around the compressor is uncontaminated. Very low noise level with a silent overpressure valve. Motor: 1-1/4 HP. Draw: 8 AMP working, 10.5 A full load. Output: 4.8 CFM @ 0 PSI, 3.3 CFM @ 40 PSI. Standard package is for a single diver. Compressor measures 10.5 by 7 by 12 inch high and weighs just 28 lbs on white, rubber footies. Balance of package includes a 5 Foot U.S. Navy heat hose; a 60 Foot down hose with high-flow, solid-brass, nickel-plated, swivel fittings (Absolutely no restrictive, breakable, plastics); a Ditchable-Weight, Tow Harness; adjustable regulator, with comfort swivel and long mouthpiece, and User Manual. AirLine's R360XL
from AirLine By J. Sink, Inc.
- The Original direct-drive now in a powerful single-head, commercial compressor.
- Fan-cooled, vented compressor for internal wash-out with no disassembly
- Compressor Acrylic E-Coated inside and out for marine protection. CGA-E, air-breathing quality
- Global service through Thomas 900 plus facilities. Compressors easily serviced in the field in minutes.
- Performance (in uncompromised numbers): 3 to depth of 60 ft, 4 to 40 ft w/Addit package.
A one-of-a-kind, marine-friendly (Acrylic Electrocoated, inside and out), workhorse compressor, cooled by a six-inch fan mounted directly on the engine shaft. (Were the folks who developed the technology) A large vented cover expels heat but allows internal wash-out with no disassembly. (IMPORTANT NOTE: This model has NOT been copied by the competition and, through unbiased testing, will outperform the competitors double-head.) Compressor with Honda motor (No Suburu/Wisconcin, thank you) assembly is mounted in a 19 X 25 X 17 inch storage case. Bottom fits into a Cordura covered, float. Very, very stabile. Handling weight is 55 lbs on float or in the case. Air is brought in high above the compressor through a removable staff. Assembly design will absolutely preclude the intrusion of contaminated air. All systems have been approved by Honda and Thomas and carry CGA-E, air-breathing ratings. Expect at least three hours operation on just 2.7 Liter gas. Standard equipment: Compressor and 4 HP. Honda motor in Polypropylene case, with white rubber deck footies; Cordura covered float; air intake staff with filter; three 60 ft, swiveled hoses with whip hoses and second stage regulators; 360 degree, comfort swivels on the second stages; Three, Ditchable-Weight, Tow-Harnesses; Users Manuals and gear bag. This assembly is also available as Model R260XL: a complete two diver package. There are significant advantages to individual hoses rather than sharing air from a single down hose. Fittings are high-flow, solid-brass, nickel-plated. No plastics. Warranties are worldwide. (Not just at a single Florida location. Two years at any Honda dealer; one year at any Thomas facility; one year on the balance at any original manufacturer location. It is unnecessary to return any item to the Air Line, however that option is always open. Service, although rarely needed is available locally in most cases.
