A very simple, effective, comfortable and low-priced underarm protector. It slips nicely over the arm and is held close to the body by and adjustable nylon strap. Also of great convenience, it is reversible, useful for club and tam to fit whoever is in the group at the moment. Again cotton is generally for beginners, having a slightly looser fit and the ability to let out the heat and sweat. A cotton underarm protector works well with a cotton jacket, but may bunch up against the form-hugging nylon. Come in one or two strap configurations.

This is the most inexpensive foil. Actually a viable foil, though priced like a party favor. It differs from Budget Foil above two ways. The guard is thinner (will dent/bend easily), but here is part of an overall lowest possible price package. The large hexagonal pommel nut still provides the counterbalance to a Chinese blade, but the handle is a hard plastic one, not the easy to grip all-rubber one that is standard with all other models. Blade may be electric, with a dummy metal point (which is an alternative to a practice blade.) Colors vary.
